We have a removable ballistic nylon chafing gear that is constructed from the same material as many bulletproof vests. It is easily set up or removed and protects your braided lines from damage. It is available to fit any size of popular braided line. It is an inexpensive way to protect your expensive braided lines.
In addition to nylon, FENDMASTER Fender Hooks and Specialty Mooring Products also has a line of removable sheep’s wool chafing gear, which will protect the finish on your vessel while providing protection to your braided lines. It too can be easily set up or removed and fits any popular braided line.
